Important Information About the Meeting
- Attendance of the Annual GLRCE Meeting requires registration
- The proceedings of the Annual GLRCE Meeting are confidential
- All investigators of the GLRCE and their staff are invited to present their research
- All currently supported investigators will present their research accomplishments
- Investigators who submitted proposals to the GLRCE are invited to attend the meeting and present their research
Registration and Abstract Submission
- Deadline for registration is July 1st, 2011 .
- Registration form (doc) to be emailed to Jennifer Crotty (jcrotty@bsd.uchicago.edu) by July 1, 2011.
- Poster size is 40"x60".
- Deadline for abstract submission is July 15, 2011. Please send your abstract by email to Jennifer Crotty at jcrotty@bsd.uchicago.edu (word document preferred).
Please follow NIH guidelines:- Abstract body is limited to 400 words or less.
- Key references relevant to the abstract may be included after the abstract body.
- Abstract length and references should not exceed one page.
- Title information should include the names of all authors and their affiliations.
- Font must be at least 12-point.
- All margins for the document should be no smaller than one inch.
- The name and contact information (i.e., address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address) for the corresponding or senior author should be provided at the end of the abstract.
- Abstracts must contain a statement of the rationale and scope of the study presented; a brief description of the experimental procedures; the data that resulted from the study; and principal conclusion(s) based on interpretation of the results.
